Just a few of our projects over the last couple of years ...
Innosphere (RMI2), Fort Collins, Colorado
A unique project located in Fort Collins, consisting of two 3-story office buildings along Vine Drive. The project presented very challenging infrastructure issues including street layout, floodplain and drainage issues. This project was taken through preliminary and final approvals in less than 5 months, and ultimately obtained a LEEDS platinum rating.
Airpark Village, Larimer County, Colorado
A 151-acre redevelopment of the old Fort Collins Airport. The project included preliminary design of street, water, waste water and storm water management infrastructure.
Peakview Subdivision, Fort Collins, Colorado
A 40-acre commercial power center. This project included the design of a modern roundabout at the intersection of Highway 14 frontage road and Greenfield Avenue and the preparation of a Conditional Letter of Map Revision (CLOMR).
Pueblo Ice House, Pueblo, Colorado
An ambitious redevelopment project to convert a blighted industrial plant site into a modern multi-use development including residential, retail, office and an underground parking garage.
Brooklyn Row Houses, Fort Collins, Colorado
A 63-unit multi-family subdivision within the Rigden Farm development.
Rocky Ridge Subdivision, Larimer County, Colorado
A high end residential development consisting of 54 lots on a 258-acre site.
Fort Collins Brewery, Fort Collins, Colorado
A development project to construct the brewery's new building, and another multi-use building. The project included the design of the intersection of Lincoln Avenue and Lemay Avenue, and a multi-purpose detention pond with creative landscaping and an elevated beer garden.

Civil site engineering and entitlement for car washes located in Broomfield, Thornton and Castle Rock, Colorado.
