Bob Gowing, P.E.                       

 

Bob is the principal owner of APEX Engineering and has 25 years of experience in the master planning, design, construction and operation of a wide range of civil projects, including:

• Commercial, residential and industrial site development projects
• Local, collector and arterial streets
• Regional storm water management facilities
• Water/wastewater facilities such as reservoirs, pump stations, transmission mains, lift stations and force mains 
• Multi-objective storm water systems incorporating flood, erosion and water quality controls.
• Large scale flood control projects such as dams and channel improvements
• Large and small stream bank erosion and water quality control projects
• Floodplain analysis
• Infrastructure master planning and program management
• General civil improvements such as grading, erosion control and traffic control.
